October’s Heritage Chat was devoted to ‘Diversity and Inclusion in the Heritage Sector’, since these are cross-cutting principles of the activities carried out by the Historic Environment Forum. The Heritage Alliance helped us lead the chat, as they are working on their future report on this topic. Participants shared thoughts on the challenges faced by the heritage sector to foster inclusive practices, as well as the solutions adopted by each organisation, best practices and free resources available online.
